We do not accept returns or exchanges on our dog treats due to the perishable nature of treats. However, we always want to make sure you and your freeloader are happy with your order. Damaged, Missing , or Wrong Items Received

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if your package is damaged, items are missing, or you received the wrong product. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following details:
